In its second round of assessment by Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI), Icon Cancer Centre Singapore has again successfully achieved EQuiP* accreditation with outstanding results. Icon Singapore are the only oncology provider in Singapore to receive ACHSI accreditation.
In 2020, Icon Cancer Centre Singapore was the first oncology centre in Asia to achieve ACHSI accreditation signifying a commitment to patient quality and safety through a global network.
ACHSI accreditation is a leading and trusted healthcare quality improvement partner who provide organisations with international recognition and benchmark performance and outcomes to industry standards.
Icon Singapore’s evaluation was a five-day virtual assessment with assessors meeting with teams in Singapore and Australia. Patients were also surveyed with all interviewed recounting positive experience regarding information provided, explanation of their care and overall satisfaction of their clinical teams.

Group Manager Clinical Governance & Quality, Catherine Di Stasi said this international accreditation recognises a commitment to safety.

“The results of this assessment reflect an ongoing commitment by our teams and doctors to uphold the quality of our care and the safety of our patients and is a joint effort by our international team.”
