Biography
Dr Anupam Chaudhuri is an experienced radiation oncologist consulting at Icon Cancer Centre Revesby and Wahroonga. In 1996, he completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at India’s University of Calcutta and commenced his specialist oncology training at Nottingham University Hospital and Cardiff’s Velinde Cancer Centre. Dr Chaudhuri is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP).
Dr Chaudhuri gained extensive radiation oncology experience in the United Kingdom, United States of America and New Zealand prior to commencing practice in New South Wales’ St Vincent Hospital and Northern Beaches Cancer Care Centre. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and a member of several leading Australian and New Zealand cancer trial groups.
Dr Chaudhuri is a leading radiation oncologist utilising Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) techniques. Dr Anupam Chaudhuri accepts referrals for all cancer types, with special clinical interests in prostate, breast, lung and skin cancers.
