Dr Lee Guek Eng talks with Mount Alvernia Hospital

Breast cancer during pregnancy is a very rare type of breast cancer, affecting 1 in 3,000 pregnant women. However, with women now delaying pregnancy until a later age, pregnancy associated breast cancer is becoming more and more common in Singapore!

Icon Medical Oncologist and Young Women’s Cancer Program Director Dr Lee Guek Eng recently spoke alongside Timothy Lim Clinic for Women & Cancer Surgery’s Dr Timothy Lim Yong Kuei, where they discussed this important issue and answered questions about breast cancer during pregnancy.
