Dr Joanna Lin is an experienced Medical Oncologist, specialising in breast and gynaecological cancers. Dr Joanna Lin obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from King’s College Hospital, London, England, and subsequently undertook training in internal medicine and oncology across several London teaching hospitals.

Following the completion of her postgraduate degree in 1991, Dr Lin moved to Hong Kong and held an appointment as Assistant Professor in Clinical Oncology at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong. During this tenure, she participated in several research projects on common cancers in Asia. In 1995, she moved to Singapore and practiced in the Department of Medical Oncology at National University Hospital, Singapore.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Lin is a committee member of the Singapore Society of Oncology, and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, and the Academy of Medicine in Singapore.

With a passion to serve, Dr Lin has volunteered as a part-time consultant at Assisi Hospice. She has authored book chapters and publications for several international journals and delivered lectures at various regional and international medical oncology symposiums.

Dr Lin is conversant in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
