Joyce has spent the last 20 years in private healthcare management; with the last 15 years in a senior position. Her focus is in operational management, including the development of staff and doctor relations, facility management, policy compliance, licensing and risk assessment. Joyce is also experienced in business development having managed competitor analysis and built strong healthcare networks in the ASEAN region to further develop and achieve business goals. She is disciplined in the management of company finances and builds relationships and strategies with a view to deliver consistent healthcare services, focussed on clinical quality and patient safety.

Her experience extends to projects in service quality, new clinical services and product development as well as the set-up and audit of overseas clinics in Indonesia. Before joining the healthcare sector, Joyce also spent time in the hospitality, advertising and engineering industries. She enjoys and thrives on challenges and takes every opportunity to learn and extend her knowledge.
