Dr Koh Li-Tsa is an experienced urologist who specialises in the management and treatment of kidney cancer, bladder cancer and testicular cancer. In 2003 Dr Koh completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) followed by a Masters of Medicine (Surgery). In 2007 she became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) and completed advanced urology specialist training in 2011. After becoming a fellow of the Academy of Medicine in Singapore, Dr Koh undertook a one-year fellowship in urinary incontinence and uro-oncology at Concord Repatriation General Hospital in Sydney, Australia. She later worked as a Senior Consultant Urologist at Changi General Hospital and received Gold and Silver Caring Awards from SingHealth.
With an active interest in urology research, Dr Koh has presented her findings at national and international conferences, and published several peer-reviewed articles in medical publications. She has also served as a reviewer for various international journals and been an invited speaker to discuss urinary incontinence, nocturia and UTIs at local and regional conferences.
Her passion for teaching and nurturing future generations of medical professionals led her to serve as a Clinical Lecturer at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Clinical Teacher at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Physician Faculty Member at SingHealth Urology. She was recognised for her dedication and commitment to education with the Best Teacher Award (Surgery) from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Best Educator Award (Medical – Undergraduate) from Changi General Hospital.
Dr Koh is active in her local community, serving as a befriender to the elderly in her volunteer role with Filos Community Services. She has also participated in overseas medical missions including operating clinics in Cambodia and providing humanitarian aid in Sri Lanka after the 2004 tsunami.
Dr Koh accepts referrals for all urological conditions, with a special clinical interest in kidney cancer, bladder cancer and testicular cancer.
