Dr Victor Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and again in 2003 with his Master of Medicine (Surgery). He was awarded with NMRC Medical Research Fellowship in 2005 for liver cancer research, and has earned a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Nanyang Technological University. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2007.  In 2008, Dr Lee was awarded the Human Manpower Development Programme scholarship for Transplant Surgery at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where he formally trained in liver and kidney transplants, as well as simultaneous pancreas kidney transplants in addition to complex hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery.

He maintains academic appointments in research as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at National University of Singapore and Duke-NUS Graduate Medicate School. He is also actively involved in medical device innovation and has registered patents for his work. Dr Lee has authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to book chapters and articles for public health education.

Dr Lee accepts referrals for all cancer types, with a special clinical interest in minimally invasive surgery for liver, pancreatic, and biliary cancers.
